Today i thought of all the people i have disliked over the years and realized something. there is beauty in all no matter what i was able to find good and beauty in everyone. when this came to a sense of warmness and safeness spread across my body. even in the darkest moments there is light. i love each and every person and thing. I feel happy, I feel whole.

WHAT OF THIS FEELING?????

As of late I have been having this nonstop piercing sensation right above my nose. It will not go away. When I am meditating it seems to spread throughout my body becoming this warm feeling throughout my body. What I feel all the time becomes stronger till it feel like my head is going to explode. What is this what does it mean?

Divine love and blessings from my soul essence and divinity with my spark of Source/ God within me to each of yours. It is through this divinity within each of us that we are all one. It is the illusion that we are separate from God/ Source. That divinity within is the key to our individual self empowerment.
Remember: We have this divine spark of Source within our soul essence and so does our animal friends. And it is through this divinity within that we are one with them and all of creation. All you have to do is center yourself within your own soul essence and divinity inside yourself and explore the world from that perspective.
