About Me (supports HTML):: Until 1989 I knew very little about earth changes ,ascension ect. I have a fantastic sister who had jumped into the main stream and sent me information for many years that I didn;t have the brain to understand until now and I am still learning each day. I am married and have a wonderful family, children, grandchildren and greatgrand children. A great brother and sister who have helped mold my spiritualiety from birth with out my knowing. I have had my share of experiencing the illnesses that accompany intergrating the new energies but I bless each one of them as I grow. And of course the challenges that come to make sure one is ready to carry on to the next step. I was given the Course in Miracles in 1988 for a christmas presant from Jackie my sister and from that point I was on my way home. I now study The Knowledge book and have contact with the higher energies that flow through most of us at this time. I no longer look for the end as I am enjoying the journery , never thought I'ld say that. Bless each of you that reads this as we are one mind looking out of many bodies eyes preceiving our creation in many various ways. I love the Seth material and Ramptha. When I was haveing the begining of a spontanious crow opening while visiting my sister in Indiana she had all the material I could need to fill in the gape as I was not well read on the subject of the bodys changes and now I wish each of you a loving life and have only one bit of advice for my aspects, that is to live in the moment for that is all we have and do it from your heart for that is what we are made from love. This is expercieial knowledge that I share . In my world my love is totally impersonal , totally unconditional and never ending . We are blessed and graced to have each other and I want to thank you for being wiling to join lights and let them shine brighter. Blessings in the name of One, Sandy

The exalted and purposeful life of human form was breathed into existence by God to experience the fullness of Itself as One.

Today I acknowledge, respect, and appreciate my deeper

awareness and partnership with everything physical and

nonphysical. It all reveals my truest nature within the collective.

The invitation to evolve further; to expand consciousness through

the mind and body is accepted and I expect greater results than

I can envision and imagine. As body, mind, and Spirit I am becoming

lighter in frequency and density. My body understands how to move

as fluid light rather than as a solid object. The mind no longer processes

unwanted and unconscious thoughts that I am only sometimes aware of.

Divine resonance illumines and liberates my mind, elevating its operations

to bring forth the ideals from Soul that affirm my gift as a carrier of special

purpose and unique alignment with Source. Spirit no longer dependent

upon belief systems I embody that prevent It from expressing naturally and

completely this incarnation. Attunements of crystalline light obliterate

restrictions, releasing all misalignments of my Being. I am the spiritual builder

who can let go of anything that no longer serves me.

My day is an expression of gratitude for I know that energy draws energy to

it and this treatment is already confirmed by the Law of One. My life is

forever an emergence of expression that acknowledges access, evolution,

growth, and discovery in all areas. And so it is.

The most "feeling" organ that our bodies possess is not really our skin,
but our Heart... When the Heart Chakra is open and radiating love,
we are at ONEment with all we meet...

I am always touched by the world around me...
and I thank God each day for a Heart that provides me with the capacity to love...

If our Hearts are not open to the awareness of this state of ONEness,
we may see the world thru angry and suspicious eyes...
and the world is happy to mirror our expectations back to us!

We will surely find conditions around us that cause us tension and stress...
When we are guided by the feelings of an open Heart which is filled with
gratitude for BE-ing... life is indeed a pleasant journey!

Perhaps Heshe just wants to go out..
and wander, wonder to the Woods..
where robins and batmans are fighting,

like to bring enlightening,
and wait.

And there Heshe stands
at the End of the Battle,

and listen what Heshe says carefully..
