Need Direction

This week I was diagnosed with Skin Cancer that is resideing on my face. It is known as Basel Cell Carinoma. I am a bit confused at this present moment, and am unsure if I want to take the surgical route in healing this obstacle. I know it is possible through visualization and mediation to dissolve all cancer cells, but my concscious mind needs reassurance that my being is in control of it's healing. Any suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated. Love and Light- Candice
