Drink some blessed water before bed. Look up Saint Germin on youtube throw a Keenya or 528hz music changes water by cymatics to a blessed state.
Meditate then pray to yourself asking your higherself or spirit guides to help you with dreams.

I´m very interested in dreams, especially lucid dreams and I have written dream-diary for several years.
If you like, try this: Tell yourself before sleeping:
I remember my dreams. (7 times)
Put a book and a pencil and a light near by your self and wrote down
EVERYTHING you remember.
If it is only the colour green. ...write : green
if its only a feeling ...write it down.
Without judging it.
It will be a little bit more some days later.
Because your subconsciounsness is always happy to help you.
But you REALLY must write down EVERYTHING.

I have told it very often last 12 years and most time it works. :)
