If one are ready then one will ee and talk with beings well Ashtar Command that very hard because those people have an very very high vibration and whe dont have that yet so thats why most of us cant see them before whe are just in ouer astral body hmm for me I have just ones seen Ashtar in an dream nothing more think he is an very good and nice Mann*s* pherhaps you can use this

We vibrate on 3rd Dimension the ET's at one higher than ours they can see us we can not see them unless they want us to by 1. lowering their vibration to the 3rd or is possible raising ours to theirs.
