Hi Brock,
I sometimes think that I am simply ill... Sometimes ascension symptoms appear on my physical vehicle (allergy, inflamation), and even if I know they are due to transformative process of the cells, the pains are unpleasant.
And also influxes of doubts and depression... sometimes it is quite hard to remember where I am from and what I have come to do here.

Ya I Most of these sypmtoms I have gone through have sort of died off. I still get the surreal feeling everyday and the pressure on chakra points. But I know deep within that what you have said Rissy is true. I just wanted to confirm what i know inside with others.

Hello Brock,
As you can see you are not alone on this and yes at times it can be most uncomfortable.
I can realate to the surreal aspect of what you are experiencing as I too am having the experience.
When I close my eyes It seems that I can stil see my surroundings. Although not as clearlly as when opened but I see it all the same.
A lot of work that is being done on the body is being done at night whlich may explain the energy flow that you find uncomfortable. Try relaxing and deep breathing to help you go with the flow. Don't fight the feeling but allow and accept. This may help you to process what you are experiencing and help you to relieve the uncomfortable feeling.
Also drink lots of water and take warm sea salt soaks. This helps to release toxins and other residual things in the physical body. It's also a wonderful natural sleep inducer too!
Here are some other physical symptons of the ascension process
There are many signs of ascension, some of the most common and basic are listed below:
Physical
You will know that something is happening to your body. These will be energetic experiences that bring many subtle changes that are not otherwise explainable.

Changes in digestion and appetite, fluctuating between inability to digest food to feeling hungry, strange food cravings, especially for fish, eggs, milk and other sources of protein.

Fatigue and an increased need for sleep.

General, all-over achiness as if one is coming down with something, but does not result in the expected illness (flu, etc.)

Difficulty in focusing the eyes, especially when reading. This changes from day to day and is usually not a constant.

Respiratory changes such as inability to inhale deeply, feeling out of breath for no reason and rapid heart rate that occurs intermittently.

Pressure and/or pain in the head combined with symptoms of a head cold, usually shifting from one side to the other There may also be tooth and gum pain that can be severe but then subsides in a few days.

Bowel disturbances - bowl purging (diarrhea) and/or constipation or a combination of the two, increased flatulence.

Feeling spacey, disoriented and/or ungrounded.

Weight gain, especially in women, and especially in the abdomen.

Pain in any of the chakra areas (tailbone, below the navel or lower back, solar plexus, heart, throat, forehead and crown of the head), especially upon waking.

Hormonal fluctuations - These include a myriad of symptoms, including blood sugar fluctuations and sudden changes in body temperature.

(Please Note - In most cases, the physical symptoms of ascension have no medical 'cause' and cannot usually be explained through allopathic medicine. However, if you feel you need to see a physician to rule out any physical causes for these symptoms and to set your mind at ease, you should certainly do so.)

Hope this was a help Brock. And as already stated ask for a respite in what you are going through.
Just say ease up a bit for now. I was waking up so tired in the morning that I could barely drag myself through the day.
I stated that I needed a break because my physical body was so tired. It works!

There are other symptons other than physical that one may experience. Mental & Emotional, Social, and Mystical & Energetic , which I will post later.

U'r in the awakening process. I went thru it too. when do u think about the past? in the now moment. when do u think about future? this moment..when do u have thoughts about u or others? this moment. every thing happens in the now even stillness. more thoughts means, no more space for the now to see the now as it is. it's not u who's getting crazy.. It's u'r mind. like one arise. one a wise . both are one time. one world u'r world. ( fears and eternal love). ask u'r own which one is bigger than the other?..like one doens't serve u at all. and will disappear.to live the eternal now. let it be no fears at all. like waching the mirror or a movie nothing is real..the truth is in this moment..

Hello! I recognize many symptoms... gaining weight, feeling sick when eating meat, tiredness, depression, feeling angry etc. The most difficult things are the depression and anger i think. But i wonder if everybody have symptoms of the ascention?? No one i know is talking about it. It seems as if it is only spiritualy intressed people who mention the symptoms... Or am i wrong?? I feel a great comfort by reading that i am not alone experiencing theese things...

Hi Joppe
I recognize your symptoms very well, especially the depression, the anger and the tiredness. Often I have felt an uncomfortable strong energy inside of me that makes me wanna explode. This energi makes it hard for me to sleep, concentrate and makes me feel irritable. I guess this is due to the DNA re-coding. This uncomfortable sensation seems to be declining though. I also feel a strong pressure on the third eye.
Nobody I know recognize these symptoms which i find to be the hardest part. It's difficult to talk about it since the most people are not into these things. But the best part is that all these seemingly uncomfortable symptoms are a part of your spiritual awakening and will lead you to a great joy end freedom in the end.

Almost everyone is suffering from the same. otherwise there is no need for so many sprirutal sites.:-). some are aware of it.. others not. also ok.It's the inner fight within needs to be lookt at and not ignoring it,. Let it be. It' trying to tell u something. make space for it and embarace it with love and see what happens. after all light and darkness are both needed to raditate them to reach the balance within..state of love peace and gratitude for the all. trying to reach the light, will increase the darkness within. Looking at the darkness will diminish the light. Darkness and light are not u'r enemies, but u'r garding angels within u to remind u who really are. being thankful for both. They are preparing us for a higher plan. our essence is only love and nothing but love,. to be love to feel love..to enjoy life..

Do you ever think that maybe the reason that several medical professionals think that you are mentally ill is because you are mentally ill? If you are the sort of person who believes that magic intergalactic beings have built a technologically sophisticated civilization and have used incredible, futuristic technologies to traverse the vast emptiness of space and then chose to reveal themselves in the form of cheesy, multicolored flashing HTML graphics, then the medical professionals might be right.

If you are experience feelings that your height is changing on dramatic extremes, then you may have a mild anxiety disorder, or something as extreme as agoraphobia or perhaps even a psychotic illness if the symptoms are visually or audially graphic. You should seek treatment if things are as serious for you as you suggest. This ascension stuff is cute while you're just sitting around talking spaceships with your friends, but this is seriously going to harm you if you treat it as though some hack UFO nut who knows a little HTML has the medical know-how to dismiss your symptoms as being "ascension-related."

My symtoms are shivering and trembling.Sometimes I awaken from a lucid dream--- my heart is pounding heavily.When I chat with people about
lofty subjects I can feel different petals in the different chakras vibrating.
I also have errant aches and pains in my back front and especially my chest. I have run to the emergency room on several occasions, and
they say there is nothing wrong -- take a valium.

I have very similar symptoms as you, Gopala, I feel during my solar plexus and heart chakras everybody´s emotion vibration,my healing energy start work automaticly and I can change there healt´s status , feeling, mood.... last the full moon I thougt that is my last day on the life here-Jupiiii !!!( I haven´t asked for help emergency, becuase I knowed they simple answer like your...) I went to nature and try took a the deep brest, was hardly long time..one moment when the Moon rised on the sky I felt the light laser touch my heart ....the tears of peace, happy ,warmth, home drops from my eays maybe 30 min...after I born again and still I am here....my mission on the Earth isn´ t END yet...

It was good to know that there are many others experiencing what I am. I do not feel so alone now. I am around..seven month old into my awakening process. There are so many words that I do not understand yet. There are so many words here that I have never seen. I get so frustrated and confused trying to understand sometimes, that I feel like I am a cracker head. Once you "think" you are where you need to be, the symptoms come again and again. Then you find yourself asking, why? I do not know why but, I do know that I have made it this far. With AA Michaels stern guidance, this is where I am ment to be. My purpose is yet unclear to me and yet, I continue on. I know I am to be in the light and my energy is strong. I try to break through the veil that blinds me and keeps me within the shadows. I have progressed quickly until the last couple of months when things just went...blip...now I repeat these symptoms that we all share. How do we not think and just be? Any tips or advice is greatfully needed. I know I am not mission impossible, defeat is not in my vocabulary. Wounded is sometimes but, I do recover.
