What a topic that definitely needs more recognition. Naturally, all humans will fear, and they always run from it because they either don't want to deal with it or don't know how. I agree that it is most important to educate people on why fear is necessary... in order to obtain experience and wisdom, because without this we would only know so much.

Thank you for these words of wisdom!
In unity, peace and strenght we are all connected and living as one. This website is a place of light and I am extatic with joy and happiness to have found so many who share my passions. As for fear I battle and learn from it each day, it inriches our journey indeed. The the best way to treat fear in my oppinion is to face the beast in strenght, dignity and compassion.

Thanks for this Ben. Working on our fears makes us realize that there is nothing to fear. i read on ND Walsh that FEAR is FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. and it is so true !

What you have stated here is therapy for me for me tonight. There have been some issues that I have been struggling with that I have been trying to push it away, suppress it, which certainly resolves nothing. This has given my a new perspective. I'm sure that I was guide by divine forces to read this. Thank you for the LIGHT.

I have been in touch recently with more individuals who give their fears power over their lives. I also know fear is a good thing when it alerts us to danger...But I truly wonder why so many people have been in my life lately with such strong fears about the future? Is it the economy or what?

Well, dear, let's say that it's rather good intuition that leeps you safe,
and intuition guided by love only, since divine inuition roots at the heart of the one divine source or God you see. fear is the opposite of thrust, but comming from love-energy, since an aspect of love is thrust , making you open up. it's negativity that attracts negativity , yet with delay because it's lesss magnetic then love~unless we persist on and on and on in taking action according to that negativity in such an extend that we place all of our heart to it, something may manifest out of it.

Just know that in reality, there is nothing to fear. Fear is just compressed love energy, nothing more - it's that part of you that wishes to have you attentino, like a lost child comming home. Talking with your heart, to your fear, and with your fear, to you heart, dissolves fear quickly, and - right knoweldge

Fear is one of my lifethemes.
Last 12 years I worked with a lot persons with fear and panic-attacks,
because its an important symptom of mercury-intoxication.

My best results (with myself too) are to think ONE word and focus this instead of
fear.
LIGHT, LOVE, HARMONY ...
so this door opens

yes .. agree to a point .. however .. one must come back to that fear space at a later date when the body can handle it .. to be able to wade through that point of fear and become free of it .. which in turn enlightens the heart to be that little bit more lighter and less anchored .. and as we keep wading through our fears on the ladder of Jacob .. we become more of ourselves as a whole. instead of in fragments and disassociations within ..

Fear is a great doorway if one approaches it little by little with an open heart ..

AWESOME! Thanks for the reminder, Ben-Arion!! SO, so true...great truth and wisdom in your words. Fortunately broken by this lifetime, I have had a pattern in many lifetimes of leaving the planet early as I wanted to be only in the light, did not like it here and didn't know why I would ever want to be here. However, we are not here to be in the light, we are here to bring the light here--it has been so dark here for so long, and we have to look at the darkness (which usually requires feeling and using all of the senses, experiencing) in order to break it down and transform it into light energy....I believe that such is a great part of the work of lightworkers. So that you for the words which have helped to remined me of this truth. Love & light....and creation!! ; )
