Paranoia, terror, near death experiences etc; great stuff because I have been there too!
The best about all that is the learning as Ben describes it, the strength you gain afterwards. After contracting leaukamia and then recovering, I found the wherwithall to plunge into a lifetime goal of gaining a university degree. It meant loosing a partner, but she is ok and remarried and my sons are fine. Yes we need fear to spur us on to great heights. I cannot claim to be totally free of all fear, but at least willing to grapple it. There have been times when I was completely out of my skull and never knew whether there would be an end to the day back at home. But thankfully by the Grace of God I did and here to tell my story.
Had a short glimpse as to why I entered into the dark zone in the first place. Not sure yet, but we all know about ego and the silly tricks that can play. Thankfully through the auspices of Ashtar we probably will all know in the alloted time.

I might add GRATITUDE. It has been the very core of transformation of fears whenever I connect/ed to Gratitude.

Today 29th, I have a real DOWN of my energies... and naturally, FEAR is involved... Any body feels the same for this day? Any explanation? Would be grateful to read your inputs... beloveds!

Hej everyone here*S* Sorry i just am trying to write about FEAR a tiny bit:)

Hmm I can feel fear of course i really can but no it seems to get a little bit better with that fearing attitude he he well have not seen everything yet so maybe the fear will come back just like an tornado or so*s* have fears for i am just being setting in dialys again well have just to do it all over again so something I HAVE TO LEARN?? whatever that can be?? my fear this time is that i maybe have no time in this life then to maybe make an differens I really would like to see it all untill THE GOLDEN AGE era no more no less well have also my very down to earth problems also but sometimes when i look at an "old" movie well feels like i not really are belonging here so much now? if someone knows what I mean please do write only thing i really have found are THE LOVE and thats forever in every coming lifes i want to be reinkarnated here untill i have seen everything

Well for me I dont feel fear I dont know fear because theres nothing to fear for me. I mean im in the know of past present and future events so I feel happy mostly and feel love and show light and oneness with the universe.

Hi, dear. I acknowlegde your expressions, yet feel that there's a probability you haven't been absolutely honest with yourself. Between our desire to be absolutely happy and serene and 3D-reality happens to be a gap... As long as we are here in this level, we function in duality. Our task is to narrow the "gap" each time more and unify that duality.

Hi Dorina, thank you so much for sharing such wonderful idea, though we function in duality, it behove us to transform the negativity into positive to balance in order to always stand on our Spiritual Super Highway, the duality is always there how we manage it is our greates duty.
