paying money for spiritual help bugs me. what about sharing love?

I have trouble with this too. I feel like I need a lot of help and guidance but it seems that you have to be made of money to be able to get much of the help that is being offered. For example, one particular website offers all the help you need to learn how to ascend, however, they are asking for $1300 for the training course and materials. I personally believe that once first contact has occured, help will be offered freely to anyone asking for it. That day can't come soon enough for me.

i dream of a place where people are joyous and happy to share love and heal one another. We will be there soon, we are already there in a sense, just really spread out. if you ever need my energy just ask and ill be more than happy to create some love for ya without asking for your visa card first.

Heehee. This is so true and funny. I think there should be a mutual exchange of energy, not money. Unless money is all that the person feels free to give. One day though, hopefully everything will be fair bartering and everyone will have access to ALL they need. I am here for you my brother in light...Just ask and you shall receive. Whether or not someone charges a fee does not mean it is good or bad.
Each person must do what is best for them without being judged or condemned. If you want to do it for free that is fine and that works for you. Other people feel differently about what they want to do with their gifts and they should be allowed to do what they want with their gifts. It does not mean they are to be punished and denied spiritual help. You say it means they are not flowing with their gifts. Some people look at it differently and that is their opinion. Some people exchange services, some will accept just a penny if you do not have money, some will take a favor of some kind, some just tell you to promise to help someone else for free if they help you for free, some would take a donation of some kind even perhaps a book or small amount, others do want more. So, each person looks at a situation and sees it differently. That does not make it right or wrong. It is their personal reaction to something, If a person wants to charge for their services perhaps there is a reason why they do that. Maybe they need the money to pay a bill or to eat or to pay the rent. Or for some other reason. But, that is their choice and they should not be condemned for what they do or do not do. Getting paid for a gift does not mean they are corrupting their gifts and not using them properly or letting them flow as you say. But, I understand your frustration at needing help and not getting it for free and wanting to punish those who did not help you by wanting them one day to not get the help they need. But, that is not a very high spiritual vibration reaction. You want to get even, to see them suffer so that they get denied something they may need.. Perhaps a much higher source than you should make that determination as to their fate, if any, for refusing to help you. I do hope you get the help that you need and I feel bad that people denied you help when you so badly needed it. I hope someone will come into your life that will help you for free so that you can get the help that you need. Perhaps from this posting someone will offer their help and then your wish will manifest into reality.

I just want to add that there are some people who do charge rediculous amounts of large sums of money for their spiritual services and that I feel is very wrong and greedy and it can and often does corrupt a person's spiritual gifts to the point that those gifts are taken away from them. Sometimes when they have learned their lesson and meditate and learn not to be greedy and learn to be more spiritual their gift sometimes will come back... Greed and arrogance for having a gift is never a good thing.

Interesting topic. Other galactic societies do not use cash. People do not work for paper. All is provided for you in exchange for whatever gifts you have to offer. Gifts, meaning your skills, no matter what they may be, and perhaps that you grow things for your planet, and contribute in any way - be it knowlegde, healing, ect...

I think this is where we are heading. May take time. But we will get there.

Currently, cash marks our energy output. It's the society we live in. One cannot get one's food, shelter, etc... without entering this sort of exchange. If you watch the newest Alex Collier videos, he mentions how we are the only beings who have to pay to live on the planet we were born. Other beings view it as a bit ridiculous.

But it is all we know.

It also indicates just how much of a paradigm shift we are in need of. To be a cashless society and still have all our needs provided for, and provided for well, will take a major shift in thinking and being. How many people would say, "Hey, great, I don't have to work. Give me all I need. I'll just sit around and have fun."? There are people that do that today! LOL

How will we be able to shift to a society that works for the greater good of all, willingly? I think there will have to be ALOT of healing, loving, and education as well as excitment for allowing people to follow their joy and have that joy contribute to society somehow.

There will be alot to learn and adjust to. We are still children in many ways.

Hey Brother, I have two comments ...

1. This area of study, what ever you decide to call it (I use spirituality) some call it new age etc. is full of selfish people who are soley out to benefit themselves. you must navigate the waters very consciously in that you have to employ your intuition all the time to know what a person's intentions are. I suppose it's a slight twist on "caveat emptor".

2. My Reiki teacher explained it to me when I took my 2 level attunement. The teaching/understanding was handed down to her from her teacher and so on down the line, there "needs" to be an exchange of "energy". Money is a form of energy (what isn't). The fee you set is obviously up to you. The fact is, currently we are still tied to this reality in which existance is heavily based on your ability to make money. Most people that work in these fields prefer to do so full time which means they have to derive a salary from somewhere.

I myself have a different opinion and also choose differently. I have a regular job so subsequently, I do any energy/healing work for free. The other thing is my understanding of energy transfer as it works in this universe. When energy is shared with someone with the right attitude i.e. charity, love ... the energy is returned to you by the universe, therefore you are not a source of the light you direct. You are a conduit, it comes from the universe. This is the energy exchange as I see it. This understanding "feels" right to me and so is currently part of my reality. We all live in different worlds and all have different understanding, but I know exactly how you feel, and I agree, we all walk our own paths :) we have to let others walk theirs as well.

i have realized that the thing that bugs me about money is when people seriouslly need help and energy work but get turned down because of money. i have no problem exchanging money for services but when i get turned down because i have no money, it really bugs me because i work so hard to spread love and awaken consciousness and i become drained and broke. sometimes i need energy work to get myself going again to get to a spot where i can generate income. but its all good, i am always lead to the right places and things always work out.
