Salad very delicious :) mix lettuce,tomato,green union,carrot,littlebit garlic,lemon juice,olive oil.thats a turkish season salad :)

i like it this group thank you :) this is turkish vegaterian foods my big sissy and i made. thats mix boiled and pounded wheat,tomato,garlic,parsley,lemon juice,..so delicious :) i want to share..

Good choice, may I suggest you leave all soja products away as they are the oldest gene manipulated food around. Soja is overrated and rather find other sources of protein.Becoming a vegetarian does not mean that one has to replace meat with soja. If you were to sprout, all you need is about 3 cups of various sprouts a day to get all you need in protein, vitamins and minerals and omega acids. If you have the right juicer, you can just juice the sprouts and add things like carrot, beetroot. Good sprouts are sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, alfalfa, fenugerek, green peas a.s.o.
