Thank you for sharing Jose. I thank all for participating in this Meditation. I myself had a Strong headache and felt ill, because my weekend have been much about integrating energies. I feel much better now... NAMASTE*

Namaste Ben-Arion, my hart and joy go to all of you my brothers and sisters.

I write to you to share what I experienced in today's meditation, so I began my meditation by setting the mood with some music then I proceeded to invite my energy, my guardian angels, orbs, light beings, mother earth, and all the good healing energy in our beautiful home (earth). As I am speaking I am shivering with a big smile from ear to ear, the energy that is going trough my body is pure bliss, joy, love, energy that makes me feel like a child, a five year old, playing with energy. All through my meditation images kept popping in and all were beautiful.In one of them I saw myself hugging the earth and every time that image popped in the earth turned bright like an orb, the colors change from white to bright blue, and every time the color change my body just shivered. By the end of my meditation I had a smile that I don't know where it came from! I could sense very strong presences, provably my spirit guides and angels.
