which merkabah meditation are we speaking of here, exactly?
i used a simple one suggested by jim self, i liked it, but i kind of fell out of it. i am open to hearing other ppl's approches to using/meditating with/conscoiusly creating the merkabah.

I just took a Mer-Ka-Ba class, and have been practicing it....would love to discuss more with others. I feel my energies are calmer and I've also found this an effective way to deal with unwanted entities, to get their merkaba going, since most of them are lost anyway, this seems to speed them up on their merry way.

I found this on a website that teaches the meditation:

There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.
