My dear friends...

Thanksgiving has passed, but the time for Gratitude has not. As I mentioned here last week, gratitude is the most powerful force in the universe. It is the single most effective means of using the Power of Personal Creation (what some have called the Law of Attraction). Therefore, move into gratitude at the slightest opportunity – and certainly at the slightest provocation. By slightest "provocation," I mean any person, event, or circumstance that might ordinarily provoke you into some kind of negative reaction. At such moments, I invite you to use a technique that I have developed in my own life, which I have come to call the Reaction Reversal Response (RRR). This is a short process (it takes no longer than a-thought-and-a-second-thought) in which I look at the first reaction that comes up for me, then replace it with the magic of appreciation.

I had not understood much about this particular energy when I was a young man – or even, for that matter, when I reached middle age. Now that I'm officially a "senior" I have come to a...well, a deep appreciation of appreciation.

Let me tell you about this word. One of the key (and most often missed) meanings of the word "appreciate" is "to enlarge, increase, or expand." The word is used in this sense when it is said that, for instance, a property has "appreciated in value." So when you appreciate something, you expand it. You enlarge it. You increase it. This is also true (and this is what is not widely known) when you use "to appreciate" to mean "to show gratitude."

When you show gratitude you appreciate that to which you show it. That is, you make larger, or expand, or increase, that for which you are grateful. Now, when applied to the Reaction Reversal Response process, this truth reveals itself in the following way: We look into a situation that feels negative to us and peer deeply to find the value of that situation. Then we say a word of gratitude about it and we have instantly increased the value that we found there.

I have found that very often the value doubles.

Anyway, try it. The moment anything brings up a negative (or what would typically be a negative) reaction, simply turn that reaction around. Move into gratitude as soon as can. Watch yourself immediately turn calm. Peace will pour into your mind like a magic elixir. Your entire body will lose its tenseness, as if it had been massaged with a soothing balm.

The great thing about this is that you don't have to figure out why you are grateful. The fact is, you may now know why, as a practical matter. It may look as if there is nothing going on right now for which to be grateful -- much less anything you want to increase. Never mind. Be grateful anyway. I promise you that nothing happens in the universe that is not value-driven.

The universe is a finely tuned mechanism, always producing a single effect: value. Life values life, and therefore produces value through the process of Life Itself. The fact that we do not see the value of some things right away does not mean that there isn't any. It merely means that we do not possess sufficient insight to see it. We suffer from a "perspective deficiency." We are not looking at things in the "right way."

Of course, by "right way" I mean from a place that allows us to see all that is happening and all that it means. Often, we see only part of what is happening, and not the whole picture. At other times, we may see all that is happening, but not understand all that it means. It can take time for us to gain such a perspective.

Masters are those who adopt such a perspective long before events "on the ground" prove the perspective to be accurate.

What this opens up to is the True Energy behind gratitude. You may think it is faith, but it more than faith. It is Knowing. I often tell the participants in my workshops: You can hope that something is going to happen, you can have faith that something is going to happen, and you can know that something is going to happen.

"Knowing" is the highest level of awareness. It is the most expansive consciousness. It is the most powerful element of the Process of Personal Creation. It is what changes everything.

I am right now developing an entire approach to life (together with a book that describes it and a one-day workshop that applies it) based on this truth. The book and the workshop are both called: When Everything Changes, Change Everything.

My wonderful Em puts it this way: We've been sent here to love....to love everyone and every experience and every moment and everything we lay our eyes on and every aspect of life that we experience. It's not always easy for us to do that. Unless it is.

We make assessments and judgments and build up thoughts in our mind and create a whole inner reality that may or may not be justified by exterior events. We jump to conclusions and go into convulsions about the littlest things. We fall off the wagon of our own belief in the basic goodness of life. We forget the fundamental laws of the universe – not the least of which is the Presence of Cycles. (See Happier Than God, Chapters 9 and 15). This eternal cycle of process/expression/experience is Divinity Itself. It is God, godding. All things respond to this presence. All things exist in cycles. All things have their being within this system-and there is nothing outside of this system.

My mother used to put this whole thing into wonderful perspective when things were not going well. "Even this," she would say, "shall pass." Yes, Mom, you were right. There's no use getting upset about what's going on right now. What's going on is what's going on, and it will be going on until it isn't anymore. And no amount of worrying is going to change that. No amount of fussing and fretting and fuming is going to affect it one bit. So, in the wisdom of the Beatles...let it be.

Hi, I'm so happy to see this group ! I read all the books and some of them 2 or 3 times in a raw. These Conversations changed the way i was still seeing God and us...... It did change my life....

From the space, from the Great Central Sun come on upon earth, with the allowance and blessing of Almighty God plenty of cosmic rays which floods the Earth. These begin to "hit" places where are located energies centers, such crystals. And these actions lead the combination of elements - a natural Alchemy - a mixture which will regenerate with the precious help of the Hierarchy, and will trigger an activation of each Crystal scattered in the inner ground and also under the waters. In fine, each Crystal will be consequences upon each human being with their resonance, their whirl vibration towards our energies centers -which represent the Microcosm - the Fire Wheels called çakras or chakras, in order to allow each human being to evolve in this elevation or rising which is given by the power of Light and by the power of Love. A solar embryo had already begun its "work " in 1976, then happened the Harmonic Convergence, 1987, which awaked Humanity. Now we are sitting at the first ranks of this theatre to admire this new " show" in live ! In the next future, around 2025, will arrive the Photon Belt which will get its maximal activation at this moment.
Therefore, it asks to us to be "men sana in corpore sano ", each human being will become in a "morontia status" -intermediate state as human -angel being, in Union or Oneness with His Divine Creator upon Earth and will have capacity thanks to his new "state" -the Ascension manifested -either on Earth or in Higher Dimensions - " the many Mansions of My Father 's Dwell ".

All Glory, Praise, and Devotion to those in the Higher Dimensions who inspire each human -angel being !

The Looking Trap

It is amazing how many people are caught in the trap of being deeply concerned with how things are looking to others. Keeping Up Appearances has become, for some, an obsession. Many of us will even give up our own happiness (or our chance at it) in order to keep "looking good" in the eyes of others. This is beyond sad. It is tragic.

It is tragic because all we have is the Time of Our Life. It is the essential gift. It is the treasure of treasures. And it is not infinite, but finite. Indeed, it could run out at any moment.

During this Time of Our Life we should be having the time of our lives. Instead, many of us are living lives of dulled acceptance-and some are even living lives of quiet desperation. Waiting, waiting, for what, we know not. Just something, anything, other than what is going on right now, or at least richer, fuller, grander. Because there's something missing, and we dare not name it, or the name itself will do us in.

It is, of course, love. We are lacking in love, and we are dying inside. We are lacking in someone TO love, and we are lacking in someone loving us. And who we are lacking in loving us is, in the supreme irony, ourselves.

Not finding it possible to love ourselves exactly as we are and exactly as we would like to be "showing up" if we could do whatever we wanted, we do, instead, whatever "others" want us to do, in order to acquire the love for which we so desperately yearn. We pay utmost attention to how we are looking.

I call this The Looking Trap. In it we are so confined in our thinking, so caught up in our appearances, so imprisoned in our outlook, that we have no outlook at all. We cannot look out of our own self-made prison. We cannot see over the walls of our own need for approval.

The Looking Trap binds people to the rigidity of what others would choose for them. It ties them down, limits their choices, dramatically alters their course, and all in the name of pleasing others even as the self is never pleased. Meanwhile, Time-that most precious of all life's treasures-is running out.

You will never see this day again. You will never again see this week, this month, this year again. You will see this time only during the moment you are living it. Be sure, then, that you ARE "living it." Try very hard not to be killing it. There shall be time enough after death to experiencing dying. It is time now to experience living. It is time now to spring free of The Looking Trap.

Spring free, my soul! Spring free, spring free!
And give me back, right now, to me.
I shall not see the time I took
To fret and stress o'er how I look.
I shall not have these days again.
For this is Now, and that was Then.

What's gone is past, yet all's not lost.
I'll seize this day, forget the cost.
I'll seize this time, forget the price.
I'll seize this Now, and throw the dice!
My gamble's won before the toss,
For now I have become the boss!

My life's my own, my choices, mine.
I'll take a stand, I'll draw the line.
No more! No more will I grant you
The power to influence what I do.

mistakes to them, much less to give them corrections.



It can be difficult, when you think you know a better way

to door say something, to keep that to yourself. But try.

Unless someone's life or safety depends on it, do try.



You would not welcome someone else pointing out

your own misstep, orless-than-totally-efficient approach

to something. Why point it out to them? Do you see it as

your duty in life to make sure that all goes the way you

think it 'should'?



That would be an inaccurate assessment of your soul's

grander purpose.

WoW! I'm so excited to have CWG here! The books are really special Neale, and so are you! I haven't seen the movie yet but I am aware of the sensitive actor who portrayed you. Bravo! I hope we get a chance to meet someday. Peace.
