Well Done Ben- Arion,
The majority of Humanity is utterly fear - based. How will we as "The Preparers of the Way" toward first contact address this issue.
The multi-media corporations go out of their way to produce UFO and Extraterrestial materials that instill great fear about our celestial brothers and sisters.
Independence Day is one of the great fear makers.
Fear about Earth Changes, Fear about the corrupt power elite.
Fear Fear Fear.
I hope this thread has 100 responses in coming days.

Ben-Arion, thank you for this post. Fear is the absence of love, in my opinion. It enters when there does not seem to be something loving that you are facing.

As a good friend once learned me:
The first is the source of all that is good: LOVE =Yin=good=optimism=faith
The second is the true ROOT OF ALL EVIL: FEAR=Yang=evil=pessimism=doubt

Love gives us the chance to make a change and to move forward. Fear is the lack of Love, lack of Knowledge, which will only paralyse us and stop us from growing.

There is something that needs to be said about what fear does to us physicialy!
I have been studying EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique) WOW!!!! how it is making sense. It does a GREAT job linking Emotion Traums such as FEAR,PHOBIA,ADDICTION,to PTSD! Also Diabetes the list goes on and on...And shows how the energy in the body gets disruppted and responds with physical systems! It also works wonderfully with Ascension Symtoms. I have read about EFT and would love to learn more if u have a link to a good school, also a page or info on Ascension symptoms.

The best combat to fear I can come up with is Love. Visualise, project, think about those you love and be grateful for life and it all......

always looking for more ways, fear can creep in quick it is not always easy to reprogram

HI .. I have ptsd .. I have been working on the inner and outer with this for years .. Getting to where it started was a task .. Once one is near the point of it ... there is hope ..my body went into revolt .. I ended up with autoimmune dis-EASE ... and I am now listening to my body when it starts to react to things around .. I have had many experiences since small .. I have had a grey come right up to my face and scare the living hell out of me when I broke down some years ago .. I was also in a circle of indians and I was sitting on floor surrounded by them standing. I drew 6 pics of indians straight out of my head or maybe channeled .. I must find a way to put one pic up to show .. fear ...yes .. this is the shadow that follows out bodies around ...I find peace in singing .. there is a flow that comes with this for me ... in the fear state i find the mind running at a pace I cannot keep up with .. like I am in a tunnel that has pictures running so fast yet at same time .. fear brought out some of my gifts however I feel now they were used in wrong form .. I could get trigger off someone via maybe a word or a look and some hours later I would see that moment like it is on video and I could r wind forward or backward til I spotted the 'intent behind word or look, like it was a doorway to peer into the shadows of others ....it would always trun out true what I would wee but not a good way to go. I have learned now to let pictures pass and not go looking for the moment that would trigger the fear .. Now I still get these but wait till it comes to me .. then I am not interfering with someone else's psyche which I now see as invading despite the fact that I would mostly nearly always be right with what my inner picked up on.

Fear has taught me much ... now I deal with it without invading and staying away from the tunnels of 'seeing' through will and force and wait for Divine intervention to let me know .. much safer for me and less strain on watsed energy and less invading on others ..bless u .. Robby

How True My Brother, how True...

Pasiel and I have often come to the agreement that One must have "been there", "seen that", "done that" and "have the T-Shirt" so as to be able to come from a well-rounded perspective (Centered that is). This is most easily desribed as the Unity of Polarity in Unconditional Love. The Love of Letting go (If that is what is required for the Highest and Best Good of All Concerned)...

It is this EXPERIENCE of Polarity that allows All of Us to understand that which We were to experience as fragments or shards of the First Source and Center of All Things. Darkness must be understood and Mastered within Oneself just as much as the Light...

This is the Test...

Can You approach the Abyss of Oneself where nothing looks back at You but You, and then overcome the Fear of Oblivion ?

Can You approach the Light of All that is where Prime Creator awaits, but yet stay distant enough to serve others for the Highest and Best Good of All Concerned ?

This is called "centering" Oneself and yet, Jacob's Laddder must still be climbed one rung at a time (Its just that We decide how many rungs there are, by that which We choose to experience)...

I think we have to feel too understand the fears. From were is it coming from, and what can I do to transformed them. Because our frightens are from the past. Now we live in a world with so much more understanding and you can get help all over. And praying to God, helps me a lot. Because when I do that, they put me in the very situations for me so I can see and feel my frightens, meanwhile a talking with God in me they support me with love and a deeper understanding of myself.
