Help; How can I know what to trust? Can feelings ever be trusted etc?

We are all undergoing massive energy changes and that feeling of not knowing is a result of this. I believe that our higher self is being integrated into the physical body and while this is happening, and our DNA is changing and our brain is being primed for activation, then we are in a period of "not knowing". Once we can use 100% of our brains and we have 100% of our higher self integrated, then only truth will resonate.......anything less will feel wrong and will be rejected outright.
Patience, as always is needed, and faith in the future.

Hi, I use to feel that way when things sound like a fairy tale. Yet tiny orbs/souls are the fairies and big orbs/ufos are depicted as angels, meaning metaphroric symbols like angels are ETs with UFOs.
And you hear about aura/soul/spirit/higherself etc yet this is called also bioplasma in quantum physics like our earths ionsphere. So if you use science to prove something is real without a doubt, and that is the truth. Keep things simple and not too complicated or you may get confused like you are now. Stay real and in the light, take care.

Hi Micah!
Its a little difficult to explain in a 3D way something from another dimention... So pay atention to your heart whenever you read or learn something new. We attract to our lives the knowledge we need at a specific moment, but since we are surrounded by lower vibrations, some can be fake. So contact with yourself and see what happens inside you when new information arrives. If that is the truth you need to know at that moment, it will resonate in your heart. Remember the emotions are the "Navigator system" of higher and lower vibrations... Also you may feel the energy moving in your body, like if every cell in your body was happy to hear that. Hope this help you a little and please!!!! Forgive my Spanglish! =)
